Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partner Veer located in Pathankot. The Partner Veer will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with clients, facilitating the sale of insurance solutions, and providing exceptional service to policyholders. This role involves daily client meetings, managing and growing client portfolios, analyzing financial needs, and offering customized insurance solutions. The Partner Veer will also conduct market research and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
- Understanding of financial products and insurance solutions
- Skills in market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools
