Position: Neuropsychology InternLocation:  Bangalore (On-site)Duration:  6 Months (Paid Internship)Start Date:  ImmediateAbout AssessliAt  Assessli , we’re building the world’s first  Large Behavioural Model (LBM)  — an AI framework that understands humans beyond language, by decoding patterns from behaviour, biology, cognition, and emotion.We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between neuroscience and AI — developing models that truly understand  why humans act the way they do, not just  how .If you’re passionate about human behaviour, data, and next-gen AI, this is your chance to help shape the future of  Human–AI Symbiosis.Role OverviewAs a  Neuropsychology Intern , you’ll be a key part of the research team developing the  core behavioural methodology behind our LBM architecture.You’ll work closely with data scientists, cognitive engineers, and domain experts to ensure our model aligns with validated psychological constructs and neuro-behavioural principles.This is not a traditional internship — it’s a deep dive into the intersection of  AI, neuroscience, and psychology , contributing to a model that will redefine how technology understands human behaviour.What You’ll DoContribute to the  development of the LBM framework  by mapping neuropsychological constructs to behavioural data patterns.Design and support  psychometric annotations, validity matrices, and behavioural taxonomies  for model training and evaluation.Assist in building  human behaviour annotation protocols  for multimodal datasets (text, voice, physiological signals, cognitive tasks).Work with AI researchers to define  cognitive and emotional markers  for adaptive learning within the model.Validate behavioural hypotheses through small-scale  experiments and literature-backed correlations .Ensure  ethical, psychological, and cultural validity  of all human data models.Who You ArePostgraduate (M.A./M.Sc.) in  Neuropsychology, Cognitive Science, Applied Psychology , or equivalent field.Strong grounding in  psychometric assessment, experimental design, and data interpretation .Passion for human cognition, learning systems, and how technology can model the mind.Analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced R&D environment.Familiarity with  behavioural datasets, statistics, or annotation tools  is a plus (but not mandatory).What You’ll GainHands-on experience at the  intersection of neuroscience and AI .Opportunity to contribute to a  patentable global AI innovation .Work directly with the  founding research and AI teams  developing the world’s first Large Behavioural Model.Certificate + Letter of Recommendation upon completion.Stipend:  Competitive (based on profile & interview).Work ModeFrom Office – Bangalore HQ6 Months | Full-time Internship
