Job Description Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for appearance components globally. Ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and risk mitigation through supplier analysis and capacity planning. Demand and Inventory Management : Align sourcing volumes with business forecasts and product launch timelines. Monitor inventory health and drive corrective actions to minimize aged and excess stock. Innovation and Localisation : Collaborate with vendors to introduce new features and improve sourcing processes. Support localisation efforts by identifying & building domestic capabilities. Vendor Partnering and Cost Management: Strengthen supplier ties, develop alternate sources, and drive cost reduction, pricing, and budgeting to meet material cost targets. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate brings 12-15+ years of experience in direct material sourcing across consumer lifestyle or manufacturing-driven industries. They've led large vendor ecosystems, managed 1000+ SKU portfolios, and driven cost and quality outcomes.They must have strong skills in negotiation, costing, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in team leadership, compliance, and strategic planning will set them apart.
