Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic marketing & brand strategist to drive B2B marketing initiatives, enhance brand positioning, and generate demand for our IT services and products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for a technology-driven company.Experience: 1-3 years Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audiences, and industry trends. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing assets, case studies, and white whitepapers. Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish a strong market presence. Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and event marketing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Oversee social media strategy and engagement to enhance brand visibility. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies. Stay updated with B2B marketing trends, MarTech tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications : 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or related roles in the IT services or SaaS industry. Proven track record of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.). Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (master's degree is a plus). Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus. Why Solvative?
