Role : UI/UX :


- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product managers and SMEs.

- Illustrate Design ideas using Wireframes, Storyboards, Process flows and Sitemaps

- Design graphic user interface elements, like Menus, Tabs and Widgets

- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, graphs, and tables)

- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)

- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

- Define & manage Style Guide based on the Product requirement.

- Adhere to style guide for the entire Design.

Qualifications & Knowledge :

Must Have :

- UG : B. Tech/B.E/BA/BFA/BSc Or PG : M Tech/MFA/MCA/MS/M.Sc.

- 4 - 6 years of proven work experience as a UX and Visual/UI Designer or similar role

- Portfolio of Design projects

- Knowledge of tools (e.g., Sketch, In Vision, UX Pin / Adobe XD / Zeplin / Axure and any other wire frame tools)

- Up to date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- Exposed to defining reusable Design components.

- Team spirit : strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

- Good time management skills

- Bachelor's/Master's in Design or relevant field (preferred)

- Readiness to work in different time zones. (ref:hirist.tech)
