About Position:


Provide consultation and support services for Saviynt infrastructure. On-board / Integrate new application in Saviynt infrastructure. Bug fixes in current integrations. Enhancement in current integrations. Support upcoming Saviynt upgrade. Implement best practices to manage current Saviynt infra. Implement and run IGA solution for customers based on agreed design, regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices Support Audit related activities. Assess overall user data. Support functional and integration testing.

What You'll Do:


  • Manage and Support Saviynt Infrastructure. Operational support of implemented IGA solution and infrastructure.
  • On-board / Integrate new application in Saviynt infrastructure.
  • Bug fixes in current integrations.
  • Enhancement in current integrations.
  • Support upcoming Saviynt upgrade.
  • Implement best practices to manage current Saviynt infra. Implement and run IGA solution for customers based on agreed design, regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices
  • Support Audit related activities.
  • Assess overall user data.
  • Support functional and integration testing.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Support Go-Live with new integration / enhancements.
  • Provide and document best practices for upgrade.
  • Prepare high- and low-level design for new integrations. Understand IAM strategy and roadmap, prepare LLDs for IGA
  • Updated existing documents if needed
  • Document business use cases for new integrations.
  • Interact with customers and understand IGA requirements.
  • Conduct IGA training sessions for customers and internal team members.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Total of 4+ years of experience in IAM domain, including at least 2.5 years in Saviynt
  • In-depth knowledge of IGA solutions and capabilities, including access reviews, role definition, role mining, RBAC
  • Experience with IGA Operational tasks
  • Proven ability to work hands-on on design and implementation.
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices
  • Experience with integration of IGA solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity sources
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
