About the RoleWe are looking for a Frontend Developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies to help us build scalable, high-performing, and user-friendly applications. You will be working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building customer-facing products, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code.Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and maintain React + Next.js based applications.- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into high-quality code.- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high engineering standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, backend, QA) to deliver features on time.- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and trends.Requirements- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Next.js.- Solid understanding of Node.js and its ecosystem (basic backend knowledge to work with APIs).- Experience working with REST APIs (knowledge of GraphQL is a plus).- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).- Hands-on experience with build tools and package managers (Webpack, Vite, npm, yarn).- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.Nice to Have- Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js and web performance tuning.- Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel) and deployment workflows.- Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Material UI, TailwindCSS).- Contribution to open-source projects or personal portfolio showcasing frontend work.Soft Skills- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.- Ownership mindset with attention to detail.- Eagerness to mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team.
