Responsibilities :


- Lead the design and development of complex Java applications using best practices and architectural principles.

- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the Java application landscape, aligning it with overall business objectives.

- Select and implement appropriate Java frameworks, libraries, and technologies to meet project requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- Review code architecture, design patterns, and code quality, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish efficient continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Java applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java technologies, frameworks, and architectural trends.

- Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Java platform.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technically sound and feasible solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the Java application architecture and design decisions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Java applications and the overall Skills (Required) :


- 10-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading the development of complex Java applications.

- In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, object-oriented design (OOD) principles, and design patterns.

- Extensive experience with popular Java frameworks (e.g. Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).

- Solid understanding of distributed systems architectures and microservices principles.

- Experience with database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL) and data access mechanisms.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying Java applications (a plus).

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus).

- Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools for Java applications.

- Expertise in code review practices and ensuring high code maintainability and quality.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications : Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
