Director – Cyber Security (BFSI)Our client is seeking an experienced Director – Cyber Security to lead and grow their BFSI cyber portfolio across the Indian domestic market. This client-facing role demands strong cyber advisory expertise, deep understanding of RBI/SEBI regulations, and proven leadership in delivering security transformation for banks, NBFCs, exchanges, and financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead cyber strategy, governance, cloud security, and end-to-end security operations engagements for BFSI clients.- Advise CXO-level stakeholders on evolving threats, regulatory expectations, and cyber maturity enhancement.- Drive presales activities including solution design, proposals, client presentations, and deal shaping.- Oversee large cyber transformation programs including SIEM/SOAR, SOC build/run, threat management, CTEM, ASM, BAS and App Sec.- Ensure full compliance with RBI, SEBI, CSCRF and sector-specific security norms.- Manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams and ensure high-value client experience.- Support growth of organization’s domestic cyber business through account mining, partnerships, and thought leadership.What You Bring:- 15–20+ years in cyber security with strong BFSI exposure in the Indian market.- Expertise in cyber operations, cloud security architecture, TPRM, VAPT/App Sec, and regulatory compliance.- Strong presales capability: proposals, workshops, scoping, and solutioning for large cyber programs.- Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and convert opportunities into successful engagements.- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP (preferred).
