Role & responsibilities:
Keep up with business trends – including hiring trends / outlook – in the assigned area of specialisation (Sector / Industry, Function, Role, Skills sets)Keep building a database of qualified candidates in the area of specialisationCreate and / or service demand (hiring mandates) for such qualified candidatesCalibrate job descriptions, to fine-tune search / headhunt, pre-screening, screening and shortlisting of candidatesCollaborate with clients and candidates through the hiring cycleShare case studies, success stories and knowledge artefacts with the wider ecosystem
Requirements:
Graduation / Post-graduation; MBA preferable1+ years of work experienceAbility to decide on one’s own career choicesConsultative and problem-solving mindset, in the field of hiring or in any other fieldCritical thinking, with the ability to step back and think outside-inFlair and aptitude for human interactionStorytelling skills of a high orderAbility to share and to receive learning with the rest of the teamAbility to communicate in English, for business purposesAbility to think AND doExperience in Recruitment, preferable but not mandatory
