Managing and functionally responsible for Accounting and Financial Reporting System Maintenance. Accountable for the cross functional BAU change agenda, delivering mandatory/regulatory and strategic change requests in partnership with regional teams and in support of business partners.
In the ever evolving Financial, Regulatory and Tax reporting scenarios, the role holder shall be required to work with relevant stakeholders to stay abreast of changes and requirements.
Managing and functionally responsible for Accounting and Financial Reporting System Maintenance across all platforms and systems. Accountable for the cross functional BAU change agenda, delivering mandatory/regulatory and strategic change requests in partnership with regional teams and in support of business partners.
Setting up and leading OSPD/BCDU & Global Reference Data Change maintenance team. Leading the projects to address historical issues around Lack of Ownership, governance & controls around OSPD and Gaps in change governance.
Lead support & system maintenance teams Cadency that leverages the strengths of FSO and SM to deliver tangible benefits, delivering consistent high-quality services and drive sustainable growth, accompanying planned changes in the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation end-to-end process.
Requirements:
Very good understanding of accounting systems
Very good understanding of Finance Applications and their linkages (data structures, data transfers etc.)
Proven experience in Project Management, strong delivery record in ledger space
Working with senior external providers and stakeholders across multiple global locations
Demonstrated experience of remediating Data Quality
Highly commercial and able to quickly re-plan / reprioritize.
Ability to understand the Process, Polices & Procedures to Assess the Effectiveness of SOX controls aligned with Accounting & Financial Reporting processes.
