Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic fresh graduates and adaptable individuals to join our Operations Department. In this role, you’ll engage with various project flows within SimplyPhi’s Iris system, focusing on Acquisition, Transaction, and Contractor Management. Whether you have a background in business, communications, or any other field, your e xcellent English communication skills and e agerness to learn are what we value most—no prior property experience needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition: Engage with estate agents, review property details, and support negotiations.
  • Transaction: Coordinate with solicitors and agents, manage due diligence, and handle transaction documents.
  • Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors, manage schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.
