Contract Manager.

The Position{{:}}As our Purchase Contract Manager, you will execute and implement contracts to maximize contract compliance and drive continuous improvement of supplier performance. Every day you will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation, and contribute to shaping future of a new company. To thrive in this role you must have experience in purchasing or commercial function.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiativesManage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performanceImplement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce costManage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization.Look for cost reduction opportunities

RequirementsThe right candidate we are looking for{{:}}Has a Bachelors or Master's degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience.Has a strong negotiation skillsTakes initiative to go above and beyond to add valueHas a highly developed communication skills and (external) networking capabilitiesHas a capability of working in a fast paced and often changing environment
