Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Power Batch) Work Location: Remote Working Days: 6 Days Week Off: Rotational About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Academic Counsellors with prior experience in guiding students for JEE/NEET exam preparation. This is a work-from-home opportunity for professionals passionate about helping students navigate their academic journeys and achieve their goals through Physics Wallah’s learning platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals. • Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable courses for JEE/NEET preparation. • Follow up with leads through calls, Whats App, or email to ensure high conversion and satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to enhance user experience and retention. Requirements: • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably in JEE/NEET domain. • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. • Ability to handle student queries effectively and empathetically. • Familiarity with online education tools/platforms. • Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
