Practical Information:
Location: Chennai | Reports to: Presales National Senior Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: English and Hindi, written and spoken | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
As our new AWS Presales Architect, you will be responsible for working together with our account teams to qualify and scope requirements, design and architect solutions and take the lead for the delivery of AWS cloud projects . You will have close communication with strategic partners internally and externally. Furthermore, you will showcase Crayon's service s, position our organization effectively, and serve as the project lead interface between the customer and our teams.
Your Responsibilities
Design and present customer and/or partner-specific solutions, as well as standard services made available from globally distributed delivery teams
Pre-sales support for sales teams including positioning of cloud solutions , pre-sales qualification, and opportunity identification
Act as a trusted adviso r for our partners and customers regarding multi-cloud solutions architecture and delivery, with a focus on AWS
Lead and QA project delivery and cloud assessments ensuring that customer satisfaction and communication are maintained, and project milestones are met
Assess and develop cloud economics and migration plans tailored to customer requirements
Your Competencies
4+ years of IT experience in consultancy or in-house role
3+ years of experience working in a pre-sales role, as well as with AWS
Assessment & Deployment, and end-to-end delivery of cloud-based solutions, with a focus on AWS
Experience in developing migration plans, SoWs and/or project deliverables, and knowledge of multiple migration tools
Cloud-related certifications and/or competencies are nice to have : AWS Associate, AWS Professional, Cloud platform, and productivity
About You
Aptitude to learn new technologies and stay current with AWS solutions
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present solutions to customers, partners and Crayon employees whilst demonstrating integrity
Demonstrate good communication skills both verbal and written
