Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff and act as a liaison between junior accountants and management. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is often preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience is common. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
