As the Sr. Director you willlead a team of Salesforce developers QA professionals and DatabaseAdministrators (DBAs) in designing developing and implementingcuttingedge Symphony solutions. In this role youll providestrategic direction and technical leadership in Salesforcearchitecture design ensuring alignment with business objectives andindustry best practices. As a seasoned Salesforce expert youlloversee the endtoend development process from solution design toimplementation while fostering a collaborative and highperformanceteam culture. With your strong leadership skills and deep technicalexpertise youll drive innovation and excellence in Salesforcearchitecture delivering scalable and sustainable solutions thatdrive business growth and efficiency. By fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning and development within your team youll empowerthem to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies ensuringthat our Salesforce ecosystem remains innovative andfutureproof.

JobResponsibilities

SalesforceArchitectureLeadership:

Providestrategic direction and leadership in Salesforce architecturedesign and implementation to meet businessobjectives.

Define andmaintain the overall Salesforce/Symphony architecture roadmapensuring alignment with business goals and industry bestpractices.

TeamManagement:

Manage andmentor a team of 20 Salesforce developers QA professionals andDatabase Administrators (DBAs) providing guidance support andprofessional developmentopportunities.

Foster acollaborative and highperformance team culture focused ondelivering highquality Salesforcesolutions.

Solution Design andDevelopment:

Lead the designand development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce/Symphonysolutions leveraging platform capabilities and bestpractices.

Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutionsand deliver customized Salesforce applications andintegrations.

TechnicalLeadership:

Serve as thesubject matter expert on Salesforce architecture providingtechnical guidance and expertise to the development team andstakeholders.

Stay updated onSalesforce platform updates features and best practices and assesstheir potential impact on existing and futuresolutions.

Governance andCompliance:

Establish andenforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to ensuredata integrity security and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.

Monitor andevaluate Salesforce/Symphony usage and performance metricsidentifying areas for optimization andimprovement.

StakeholderManagement:

Collaboratewith Clients to understand their requirements and priorities andtranslate them into scalable and effective Salesforce/Symphonysolutions.

Communicateproject status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear andtimely manner and proactively address theirconcerns.

VendorManagement:

Managerelationships with Salesforce partners and vendors includingconsultants implementation partners and AppExchange vendors tosupport project delivery and ongoing platformmaintenance.

EssentialSkills

Total of 18yearsExperience

Minimum 12years experience in SalesforceDevelopment

Handled aminimum team size of at least30.

Excellentwritten and spoken communicationskills.

SalesforceDevelopment Product implementation Client interaction and deliverymanagement

Looking at 70%technical and 30% people managementexperience.

Candidate willhave 100 members reporting to him(Developers Sr Developers TeamLeadsManagers)
