We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports that help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and SQL, with a keen eye for performance optimization and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities- Develop, publish, and schedule interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.- Connect to data sources, import data, and transform it using Power Query (M language).- Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and custom visuals to meet business needs.- Build efficient data models for reporting and analytics.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.- Implement row-level security (RLS) and manage user roles and permissions.- Optimize report performance through best practices in data modeling and visualization.- Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards to improve user experience.- Work closely with data engineering teams for data integration and ETL processes.- Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report development.- Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).- Experience working with Power BI Service (workspaces, gateways, app deployment).- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
