Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Information Technology Infrastructure Manager. The Information Technology Infrastructure Manager will oversee the company's IT operations, network security, and system administration. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, managing IT resources, and ensuring the security of IT systems. The role also requires developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and security.
Qualifications
- Skills in Information Technology and IT Operations
- Expertise in Network Security and System Administration
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting effectively
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects
