Key responsibilities:

  4. Build an emotional connection with potential donors to inspire trust and empathy
  5. Create awareness about ongoing initiatives and highlight success stories of impact
  6. Encourage and motivate individuals to donate and support the organization's work
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for CEF International, ensuring positive representation at all times
  8. Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and donations secured for reporting and improvement

Requirements:

Experience in fundraising.
Strong skills in fundraising events and organizing fundraising
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Target achieving capability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the sales or non-profit sector
