- It is a requirement of the position that certifications and specializations achieved are kept current during your employment
- Experience in web security and email security would be an advantageResponsibilities:
- Resolving customer issues or escalating to L3 engineer as required
- Providing support to our clients on Cisco, Palo Alto & Juniper firewalls
- Supporting Cisco security products
- Experience of any of the following products would be advantageous; ISE, AnyConnect, Amp, Umbrella & Stealth watch, WSA, ESA & Duo
- To work closely with the Professional Services team
- You may be expected to become part of the on-call
- Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will be required to work out of hours at time
