Ltd., we are a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping brands grow through data-backed advertising, SEO, and full-funnel marketing strategies.We partner with clients across industries — including education, e-commerce, and hospitality — to deliver measurable growth through intelligent campaign execution and creative performance marketing.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a proven record of driving lead generation and e-commerce sales through Google Ads.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing diverse campaign types, setting up advanced tracking systems, and using data insights to optimize for ROI.What You’ll Do- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns across:- Search | Display | Performance Max | Video (YouTube) | Demand Gen | Shopping (E-commerce)- Execute lead generation and sales conversion campaigns across industries such as education, hospitality, and retail.- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).- Implement and analyze data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for actionable insights.- Configure enhanced e-commerce tracking and ensure accurate sales attribution.- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid optimization, and audience segmentation.- Generate detailed performance reports and continuously improve campaign ROI.What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.- Strong expertise in lead generation and e-commerce performance marketing.- Hands-on knowledge of GTM, GA4, and event/conversion tracking.- Proficiency in Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Video Campaigns.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience across multiple industries preferred (education, hospitality, retail, etc.).- Google Ads Certification is a plus.Why Join Stakque Digital?- Work with a results-focused team passionate about data and creativity.- Exposure to diverse projects and fast-growing industries.- Continuous learning and certification support.- Performance-based incentives and career advancement opportunities.- Collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented culture.
