Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This is an on-site role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code while following best practices.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and user-friendly web applications.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and troubleshoot issues during development.- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure application quality.- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack.- Strong proficiency in React.js for building dynamic and responsive front-end components.- In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for developing back-end APIs.- Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database design and optimization.- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).- Knowledge of RESTful API integration and version control systems (e.g., Git).- Experience in using state management libraries like Redux or Context API.- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.- Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and tools.
