We are seeking a
Full-Cycle Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in
Gurugram (on-site)
. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from collaborating with hiring managers to sourcing and assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring high-quality hires and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define role requirements
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, candidate assessments, and offer management
  • Provide consultative support to hiring managers with market insights and candidate recommendations
  • Ensure timely, professional, and engaging communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate pipelines and candidate records in the ATS/recruitment database
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal standards, and organizational guidelines
  • Collaborate with HR and TA colleagues to support process improvements and employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Prior experience recruiting in the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industry is required
  • Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
  • Proven ability to partner and influence hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and databases
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
