Good to have Knowledge in Data Warehouse, SQL, Data Modelling.Excellent experience in Dimensional Data Model.Has at least worked on 5 different data models in last 4-5 years.Having an excellent understanding of Retail sector and has experience in Retail domain data modelling is a must.Good knowledge of at least one tool to build Data Model (Visio, Erwin or others)
