Role Description
This is a remote role for a Co-Founder (Sales & Operation) at Gigly. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for daily sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and optimize operations.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Research: Strong research skills to understand market dynamics, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
Experience in the travel industry or related field.
Knowledge of travel agency operations and booking processes.
Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
