Role Description

Th is is a full-time on-site role for a Java Springboot Developer Intern at Webknot Technologies in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves tasks such as software development, working with microservices, programming, utilizing the Spring Framework, and Java development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new features for web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards.
  • Assist in designing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of code quality and development processes.
  • Assist in database design, optimization, and implementation using relational databases.
  • Document project requirements, design specifications, and technical details.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot framework and its key modules (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
  • Basic understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
