Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

· Oversee quality checks of CMS Crossings, Bogies, Coupler components, and their assemblies in line with railway engineering standards.

· Conduct pre-inspection, in-process, and final inspection as per QAP approved by clients including RDSO.

· Ensure dimensional, visual, and functional inspections of export castings, mining equipment, and sample castings.

· Prepare and issue Control Plans, Check Sheets, Final Inspection and Clearance Reports.

· Ensure calibration of all measuring and inspection instruments as per schedule.

Certifications & Compliance:

· Manage and coordinate for RDSO, ISO 9001, and other regulatory body inspections and audits.

· Support and maintain ISI, Kitemark, and Class A Foundry certifications.

· Coordinate third-party audits and ensure plant readiness for customer inspections.

New Product Development (NPD):

· Collaborate with engineering and production for NPD of railway components such as CASNUB Bogie, Draft Gear Housing, E & H Type Couplers.

· Support in design reviews, prototype validation, and pilot quality evaluation for new parts.

· Assist in BOM (Bill of Material) creation and SAP system updates for new developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 per year
