- Proficiency in labor laws and compliance management.Role Overview: The Assistant Manager HR (HRBP, Ops, and Admin) will implement HR and Admin plans and solutions to support the setup of the site and achieve strategic business initiatives for the location. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks in HRBP, Ops and Admin with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. They must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, and organizing logistics. Key to the position is a proven track record of success in navigating and contributing to the HR and Admin function within a fast-paced, dynamic business setting. Experience collaborating with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives is critical.Key Responsibilities:HR Process Implementation
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes and policies are implemented with clarity.
- Support design, documentation and delivery of HR processes, policies, and procedures inthe region across the entire employee life cycle including onboarding and exit processes.HR Metrics Management
- Monitor, manage and report all HR metrics for the site such as eSAT, eNPS, Attrition and Top Performers percentage.
- Actively identify gaps and propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks.Employee Relations and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main escalation point for any employee related issues and will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, engagement program roll outs and change management effectively.Employee Retention and Engagement
- Employee retention strategies and management to meet employee engagement and retention outcomes.Compliance & Audit Management
- Manage, comply with audit and compliance queries from government agencies if any.Administration & Facilities
- Support in ensuring seamless administration at the site on a day-today basis to ensure positive employee experience.
