Position Title: Senior Manager Architect

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 10–12 years of experience in architecture, with at least:

5 years in a reputed design firm.

5–7 years with a reputed real estate developer in Mumbai.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and familiarity with REVIT and Photoshop (preferred).

Role Overview-

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-quality residential developments in Greater Mumbai. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in residential building design, a deep understanding of municipal regulations, and the ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities-

Design Development:

Prepare and review designs for residential buildings, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and aesthetic appeal.

Optimize efficiencies with respect to construction areas, carpet areas, FSI (Floor Space Index), and parking layouts.

Compliance and Knowledge of Regulations:

Ensure designs comply with Greater Mumbai’s municipal bye-laws and development control regulations.

Stay updated with the latest amendments to local building codes and policies.

Coordination and Team Management:

Collaborate with consultants across disciplines (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Manage project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Material Selection and Interior Coordination:

Oversee the selection of materials, ensuring compatibility with project requirements and budget.

Coordinate interior design for common areas, ensuring consistency with the overall project vision.

Technology and Tools:

Utilize MS Office and AutoCAD for design and documentation.

Operate REVIT and Photoshop for advanced design visualization and presentation (added advantage).

Project Oversight:

Supervise design implementation at project sites and resolve technical issues during construction.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure project alignment with the original design intent.

Required Skills and Expertise-

Sound knowledge of residential building design, including FSI and efficiency optimization.

Familiarity with municipal bye-laws and regulations specific to Greater Mumbai.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; working knowledge of REVIT and Photoshop is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with consultants and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within tight deadlines.
