We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist who thrives on solving high-impact problems with Machine Learning and Generative AI while also mentoring the next generation of data talent.If working with transformer models, LLMs, and cutting-edge AI applications excites you, this role is designed for you.Your Role- Lead end-to-end ML projects—from research and experimentation to production deployment.- Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.- Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for complex business challenges.- Collaborate across teams to turn insights into scalable products.- Mentor junior data scientists and interns to help them grow with impactful projects.What We’re Looking For- 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).- Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.- Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
