Job description
Ortmor Technology Agency, a leader in cutting-edge digital experiences, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sr. Motion Graphics Artist to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. This pivotal role demands a minimum of 7 years of industry experience and a profound ability to discern and elevate creative work. The ideal candidate will not only uphold but enhance the quality standards of our team's outputs, driving innovation and excellence in every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Vision: Guide and inspire the creative team to achieve exceptional quality in all deliverables, fostering an environment of creativity and growth.
- Innovative Expertise: Possess an understanding of advanced technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), immersive experiences, interactive experiences, holograms, and projection mapping. A willingness to explore and deliver in various formats beyond conventional HD and 4K is essential.
- Creative Development: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring innovative and effective execution of 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and editing.
- Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting ideas and solutions that align with their objectives. Be presentable and capable of leading client creative meetings when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed successfully, within the constraints of time, budget, and scope.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and strategize effectively to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every piece of work is of the highest quality and aligns with the creative vision and client expectations.
- Professional Development: Commit to the ongoing development of both personal and team skills, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and interactive media.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel as needed.
- Proven track record of managing creative projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
