Who are we looking for?

  • A highly motivated senior RPA / Automation Engineer with expertise in automating complex business processes using the Microsoft Power Automate platform and AI tools available on Microsoft Azure.
  • Someone eager to learn and driven to make a significant impact by creating exceptional products.
  • Aspires to build their own company one day, gaining valuable experience at Brimma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Azure AI Platform tools.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client to understand business process automation requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on automation best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies to continually improve processes.


Skill Set:

​

  • 5+ years of experience in RPA/Automation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with building automation solutions Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Experience with deploying and managing automation solutions in Azure Cloud.
  • Experience working with Microsoft AI tools available on the Azure cloud platform.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow design, automation best practices, and process optimization.
  • Experience in integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, Dynamics 365, AI tools) and complex legacy systems. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
