Hiring: Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert ( Salary from Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000)

We are expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in running successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Audience Targeting: Identify and segment target audiences to maximize ROI.

  • Optimization: Monitor campaigns daily, optimize bids, ad creatives, and targeting for performance.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.

  • Budget Management: Manage ad spend efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum lead generation.

  • A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content team to create engaging ad creatives.

  • Compliance: Ensure campaigns meet platform policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel Setup, and Conversion Tracking.

  • Experience with lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses.

  • Ability to handle monthly budgets of ₹1,00,000+ across platforms.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
