Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students from our leads database.
- Clearly explain course offerings, benefits, fee structures, and schedules.
- Guide students in choosing between Engineering Software Courses (like AutoCAD, MATLAB, Ansys, etc.) and GATE Coaching based on their academic goals.
- Follow up with interested students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
- Maintain records of all calls and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide accurate information about course content, certification, faculty, and placement assistance.
- Handle inquiries and resolve doubts or objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to share student feedback and improve service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
