Our client is the undisputed market leader in the Room Air Conditioner category for more than a decade, consistently maintaining the No. 1 position, and has steadily maintained its lead over the competition. They are in construction of the new manufacturing facility is spread over 150 acres. The Company has planned to invest over Rs 500 crores in this factory, for RAC manufacturing, over the next couple of years. This facility will ensure that all the products manufactured in this facility are competitive on a global scale
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Handling of BOM & Non BOM Procurement function.
2. Reviewing of material availability & procurement process.
3. Procurement of Non BOM & project related.
4. Cost Reduction Initiatives.
5. Inventory management as per Company's.
6. Monthly Raw material reconciliation and ensure there is no variance in ERP & Physical
7. Value Engg Projects.
8. Vendor Management.
9. Knowledge about ISO & their process.
10. Rejection monitoring mechanism.
11. Knowledge about SAP.
12. To resolve Vendor grievances and claims against suppliers.
13. Capacity analysis requirement Vs Actual.
14. Selection of transporter & monitoring mechanism.
15. Coordination with internal department.
16. Vendor reconciliation process.
