Job Description:

As a Full Stack Web Developer at Corp Crunch, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that are both technically robust and user-friendly. In addition to writing efficient code, you will take an active role in shaping the UI/UX and implementing SEO strategies to ensure our web platforms are engaging, functional, and easy to find. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create seamless web experiences from front-end to back-end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Web Development
    • Design, build, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of web applications.
    • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, and Python.
    • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and applications.
  • UI/UX Design
    • Design and implement intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces with a strong focus on usability.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve design and functionality.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
    • Ensure web applications are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
    • Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
    • Optimize web pages for speed and performance while maintaining high user experience standards.
    • Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords strategically into content and code.
    • Monitor SEO performance, conduct audits, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
    • Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and version control using Git.
    • Work with QA and product teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, design, and SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all aspects of the website and content strategy.
  • Project Management
    • Participate in Agile methodologies (scrum or Kanban) to deliver projects in a timely manner.
    • Lead and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience : 3+ years of Full Stack Developer experience with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and front-end frameworks such as React.js , Vue.js , or Angular .
  • Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js , Python , or Ruby .
  • Proficient in RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL , MongoDB ).
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles , with a portfolio showcasing previous web design work.
  • SEO Expertise , with experience optimizing websites for both on-page and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics , Google Search Console , SEMrush , or Moz .
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git and GitHub/GitLab.
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap , Tailwind CSS ).
  • Familiarity with Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with UI prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience in eCommerce or content-heavy websites.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
