internal support to ensure seamless implementation experiences.

● Understand the internal tools and pick the implementation tasks proactively

to expedite the process.

● Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to ensure

they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively.

● Gather feedback from clients during the implementation process and

communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvements. ● Develop

and maintain Implementation documentation, training materials, and resources

to support client implementation activities.

● Track and report on key Implementation metrics and KPIs to measure success

and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● 0-2 years of experience in customer success, client Implementation, or a

related role.

● Should be comfortable with US Shift Hours.

● Basic level of MS Office understanding.
