Hiring: CEO / Co-Founder for GIST

We are seeking a visionary professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and minimum 10 years of proven experience in domestic recruitment in FMCG, FMCD, BSFI, Healthcare . This role is not just a job its an opportunity to build, scale, and lead GIST as a growth-driven recruitment powerhouse.

Who Should Apply?

A recruitment leader with 10+ years in Domestic Non-IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, or Pharma hiring.
Someone who has successfully built teams, revenue pipelines, and client relationships.
An individual with entrepreneurial zeal who thrives on ownership and accountability.
Passionate about business growth, profitability, and innovation in recruitment.
If you are looking only for a 9-to-6 job with a fixed salary, this role is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive business strategy, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  • Innovate and implement best practices in recruitment consulting.
  • Drive financial performance and operational excellence.
  • Act as a true business partner and co-founder, shaping the future of GIST.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Pay + Monthly Revenue-Linked Pay
Annual Bonus based on Turnover Growth
ESOPs after 2 successful years with GIST
Opportunity to scale the company as Co-Founder with real ownership.
