Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as AR Callers in the US Healthcare domain. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in medical billing and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims.
  • Understand and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
  • Document call details and update the billing system.
  • Follow up on denials and work towards claim resolution.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
  • Basic understanding of US healthcare (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Education:

  • Any Graduate (Preferred: Life Sciences, Commerce, or BPO background)
