Mission
:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Lead MERN Developer

to manage and grow relationships within the SME and Branch Banking segments. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of retail and business credit, experience in lender coordination, and a strong network within the banking ecosystem. You will play a critical role in banker onboarding, transaction facilitation, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (IAM, EC2, S3, networking, security).

· Administer MongoDB Atlas clusters (scaling, performance tuning, backups).

· Design scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL) and ensure application security.

· Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices.

· Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

Required Skills

· Strong expertise in , , , MongoDB.

· Proven experience with MongoDB Atlas Administration

· Solid knowledge of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, VPC).
