Senior Oracle Specialist - 1 year contract
to join our team in
India
. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle resource.This will cover an extensive knowledge in the Procurement domains holds experience in a global Trading organization, covering in-depth intercompany processes and commercial operations.
As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement (in-direct and direct), sourcing, iProcurement and iSupplier Portal production issues.
This is a hands-on position, and the incumbent is required to provide proactive technical (20%) and functional (80%) support in resolving complex issues. Work in collaboration with cross functional team members from planning, customer service, logistic, procurement, finance, manufacturing, master data.

What your role will be?Reporting to Sr Manager, IT ERP, you will:Support day-to-day activities around Oracle PTP track.Acting as the central contact for all procurement process related matters.Translating business requirements into best practice solutions, based on experience within the industry.Ability to design template solutions that cover processes on a global scale.Follow up of correct execution of the project phases.Supporting unit testing and performing functional and coordinate UATProvide user support & training throughout the project, as well as during hyper care.Creating functional specs and delivery of required documentation for code migration.Ensure documentation standards (training manuals) are in line with Quality framework of ERP.Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams
What will you bring to Ansell?BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Certified in OracleExperience in delivering an ORACLE implementation project, working throughout project phases and delivering related objectives to each phase.5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ORACLE with focus on the procurement domain with minimum of 2 successful ORACLE implementation that can be referenced.Experience in following up activities with the technical team and writing functional specifications, preferably worked with a RICE library (RICEW - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow)Effective communication skillsAbility to collaborate with internal/ offshore team members.BPM process experienceHigh level Master data modelling insightsProficiency with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Visio)This position may require up to 10% travelExtensive knowledge of Procurement processes & configuration.Main modules in Oracle procurement application are identified as Direct & Indirect procurement, procurement Pricing, Sourcing strategy setup, iSupplier Portal, iProcurement and Intercompany Procurement.
Direct & Indirect Procurement:Setting up direct and indirect procurement based on Ansell organizational structure.Experience with handling intercompany setupSetup approval matrix for both direct and indirect procurement.Setting up purchasing polices accordance with industrial best practices.Integrate orders transmission from non-ORACLE commercial regions (Example: SAP, D365)EDI enablement for non-ORACLE plants and outsource suppliers.
