We proudly serve global markets across the U. S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.We are seeking a Furniture Designer who blends creativity with research-driven insights. This role goes beyond sketching — you’ll study our customers’ purchase history, analyze social media and international trends, and develop new concepts that align with our manufacturing strengths. From ideation to prototypes, your work will help shape globally competitive product lines in dining, seating, and case goods.ResponsibilitiesResearch customer preferences through past sales data, social media, and international market trendsCreate original design concepts in solid wood (Mango, Oak, Acacia, Teak) aligned with our export strengthsDraft production-ready drawings using Auto CAD, Solid Works, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar CAD toolsCollaborate with merchandising and sourcing teams to translate concepts into viable collectionsWork with prototyping teams to refine joinery, finishes, ergonomics, and structural integrityIncorporate KD (knock-down) joinery, export packaging standards, and compliance requirementsDevelop design boards, line sheets, and client presentations for export buyersRequirements2+ years of experience in furniture design, preferably in solid woodStrong skills in CAD tools (Auto CAD, Solid Works, Sketch Up, Rhino, etc.)Knowledge of global furniture trends, ergonomics, finishing techniques, and joineryAbility to translate abstract research into commercially viable designsGood communication and presentation skillsBonus SkillsExperience with reclaimed or sustainable wood materialsUnderstanding of packaging and shipping for exportsFamiliarity with American and European design preferencesPrior experience with export-oriented furniture marketsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experienceOpportunity to build a global design portfolio with an established export brandWork alongside senior professionals in design, production, and international businessAccommodation and travel support for candidates relocating to NCRHow to ApplySend your resume and portfolio to with the subject line: Application – Furniture Designer – (Your Name)
