The Inpatient Hospice, situated on the shores of Lake Burly Griffin in Barton, provides admission for end of life care, symptom management & optimisation and carer respite for patients diagnosed with a life-limiting illness. Registered nurses form a key part of the multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, patient centred care to inpatients at this Specialist Palliative care unit.
