Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (Upwork bidding/lead generation)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client communication. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Digital Marketing services and the ability to generate business opportunities from online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle bidding and proposal writing on Upwork.
  • Generate new business leads and build long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for project execution.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project closure.
  • Achieve monthly targets set by the management.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year of proven experience as a BDE, preferably on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of IT services, ORM, SEO, SMO, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
  • Candidates from nearby states will be preferred.
