Key Responsibilities:
1.Analyze customer demand, trends, and historical sales data.
- Select appropriate products or product lines to meet market needs.
3.Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and category managers for product sourcing.
4.Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts & coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth inventory flow.
5.Optimize inventory turnover to reduce holding costs.
- Will be responsible to meet Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly targets.
7.Plan and execute product display layouts in stores (if applicable).
8.Collaborate with store teams to improve visual appeal and customer experience.
- Work with marketing/sales to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Profile: Sr. Executive- Merchandiser
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 4 years to 7 years
Location: NCR
Industry: Cosmetic Industry (Preferable)
