MD Medicine

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MBBS, MD (Medicine) doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating a wide

range of medical conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to

ensure the highest standards of patient care. The doctor must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent

communication skills, and a patient-centric approach to treatment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Conduct thorough patient consultations, physical examinations, and detailed case histories.

 Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.

 Prescribe and monitor appropriate medications and therapies.

 Order and interpret diagnostic tests (laboratory, imaging, and other investigations).

 Provide preventive healthcare advice, including vaccinations, lifestyle modifications, and disease risk management.

 Manage in-patient care, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.

 Handle medical emergencies promptly and effectively.

 Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation.

 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and allied health staff, for holistic patient

care.

 Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives, audits, and clinical meetings.

 Ensure compliance with all medical, legal, and ethical standards.EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

MANDATORY SKILLS

 In-depth knowledge of internal medicine principles, diagnostic procedures, and treatment protocols.

 Ability to interpret and correlate clinical findings with investigations.

 Knowledge of infection control practices, hospital policies, and medical ethics.

 Familiarity with advanced life support techniques and emergency care protocols.

 Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and make quick, evidence-based decisions.

 Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR).

 Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with latest medical research.
