The Generative AI Accelerator team at Fractal build products and accelerators to meet client needs in a accelerator manner. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Location : Bengaluru only

Responsibilities:
This is a strong technology and solution delivery role, accountable for the successful design, development, and delivery of Data Quality solutions on the corporate Data Platform. The duties and responsibilities of this job are to make sure the quality of the data platforms are top notched for consumer analytics, BI, or data science applications. The technology landscape includes of the current application includes Informatica, SQL, RedShift on AWS environment. This includes:

Responsible for the delivery of the data quality activities he/she owns including Data quality standards, patterns and best practices. Work with team to ensure standards and patterns are followed. Ensure data quality on monthly disclosures and new releases for Net Orders & Invoiced Sales data objects. Conduct comprehensive data quality monitoring, enhance rules as necessary, and promptly communicate issues to the DQ team and stakeholders. Analyze the technical and business impact of potential data quality issues, tracking them from identification to resolution. Investigate significant issues in a reactive and agile manner, collaborating with stream leaders and business product owners on user communications. Validate prioritization of data quality issues and provide regular updates on progress. Support data extraction needs when SE intel secured report center is insufficient, and for adhoc management requirements. Ensure data security by maintaining files in secured sharepoints, limiting access to specific personnel, and regularly reviewing and deleting files as needed. Communicate access to global data to product owners and management before sharing Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Strong verbal and business communication skills Skill in identifying data issues and anomalies during the analysis Strong business acumen & demonstrated an aptitude for analytics that incite action

Technology Skills and Project Experience:

4-8 years of experience in Data Analytics space Relevant 3 years hands on experience as Data Analyst 4 years of experience of SQL Demonstrate a strong understanding of ETL processes and the ability to engage with all levels of the data supply chain, including ERPs, ETL, datalake, datamarts, and domain-specific data such as customer and product. Proven experience in data analysis and data quality management. Experience in Tableau & Python will be a plus. Knowledge in SAP Sales & Distribution module will be a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react swiftly to data quality issues. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data security and integrity.

Business / Soft Skills:

Must have solid presentation, communication (on complex technical solutions) and inter-personal skills. Ability to work effectively with globally dispersed stakeholders from business. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A data-driven mindset, Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems and technical solutions. Ability to manage and make decisions about competing priorities and resources. Ability to delegate where appropriate Must be a strong team player/leader
