Weare seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager / Senior ManagerFinancial Planning &Analysis.

Location:Mumbai

WhatYou WillDo:

Analyzecurrent and past trends in key performance indicators including allareas of revenue cost of sales expenses and capitalexpenditures.

Build KPIs anddashboards by connecting various systemstogether.

Monitorperformance indicators highlighting trends and analyzing causes ofunexpectedvariance.

Oversee andmanage the continued development of Budgeting Financial ForecastingOperating Plan and Modeling tools (budget vs actual analysis deepunderstanding of KPImetrics)

AdHoc ReportingandAnalysis.

  • Quarterlyand monthly financialreports.
  • Implementand work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboardreports.
  • Developfinancial models and analyses to support strategicinitiatives.
  • Analyzecomplex financial information and report to provide accurate andtimely financial recommendations to the leadership team fordecisionmaking.
  • Supportingsenior leadership and department heads with indepthanalysis.
  • Identifyand understand business challenges; propose and createsolutions.
  • Preparepresentations to the Board and senior leadership that provideinsightful analysis identify required action items and effectivelyframe decisions to bemade.
  • Developand maintain effective relationships with business partners andcrossfunctional teams at all levels of theorganization.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or related area &MBA(Finance)

StrongFinancial Modeling Skills: Ability to construct detailed financialmodels to forecast revenue understand cash flows and project futuregrowth. This is crucial for a Roambee given its subscriptionbasedrevenuemodel.

Understandingof SaaS Metrics: Familiarity with key SaaS metrics such as MonthlyRecurring Revenue (MRR) Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) CustomerAcquisition Cost (CAC) Lifetime Value (LTV) Churn Rate etc. Thesemetrics are vital for assessing the health and growth of a SaaSbusiness.

StrategicPlanning and Analysis: Capability to use financial data to informstrategic decisions identify growth opportunities and provideactionable insights. This involves not just reporting on numbersbut analyzing them to guide businessstrategy.

Budgetingand Forecasting: Experience in creating accurate budgets andforecasts that align with the company s strategic goals. In a SaaScontext this includes understanding how to allocate resourcesefficiently across different growthinitiatives.

AccountingProficiency: Strong background in accounting principles andpractices especially those relevant to SaaS companies like revenuerecognition expenses and deferredrevenue.

TechSavvy:Comfortable with accounting and financial software spreadsheets(advanced Excel skills) and SQL for data analysis. Experience withSaaSspecific tools and platforms is aplus.

CommunicationSkills; Ability to communicate complex financial informationclearly and understandably to stakeholders across the companyincluding those without a financebackground.

Adaptabilityand ProblemSolving: The SaaS industry is fastpaced andeverchanging. Candidates should demonstrate adaptabilityforwardthinking and the ability to solve complex problems as theyarise.

  • Handson experience in planning reporting and dataanalysis.
  • Priorexperience in providing decision support to business unitleadership and/operations leaders including Sales Operations IT HRorMarketing.
  • Experiencein analyzing financial data and conducting presentations toleadership.
  • Knowledgeof planningsystems.
  • Superiorattention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiplecompeting priorities while maintaining a view of the bigpicture
