We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in SAP Production Planning, strong knowledge of production processes, and proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions to meet their production planning needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for production planning and manufacturing processes.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP PP solutions.

SAP PP Implementation:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP module components including Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Production Order Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.

- Conduct system configuration and customization to meet business process Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), and CO (Controlling).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address integration points and ensure consistency.

Testing and Validation:

- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and performance.

- Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing phases.

Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP PP module.

- Create and maintain training materials and Support:

- Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP PP module, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

Project Management:

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation of SAP PP solutions.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status and progress.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with SAP PP best practices and new features to continuously improve and optimize the production planning processes.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP PP module implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.

- Proven experience with SAP PP configuration and customization.

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, CO).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- SAP certification in PP is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience in discrete manufacturing, process industry, or repetitive manufacturing environments.

- Familiarity with SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
